Responsibilities:
Marketwake is growing and looking for a highly-skilled and process-forward revenue operations fan to be our next CRM Admin. We work with Salesforce and Hubspot Orgs across a wide variety of industries such as healthcare, fintech, residential construction, etc. in areas of basic administration to larger more complex integration implementations. Our expectation is that you can work with our team to maintain our client's CRM instances and find areas of optimization to meet our client's objectives. Ideally (though not required), we are looking for a Certified Salesforce Administrator and someone who has experience working with Sales and Marketing teams in order to streamline operations.
A successful candidate needs to be a critical thinker and problem solver, be able to learn quickly and must have a self-starting, goal-oriented approach to work.
Requirements:
- 2-5 years of Salesforce experience or relevant work
- Excellent communication skills
- Comfortable learning new software with a quick grasp of technical concepts
- Solid understanding of SCRUM and/or Waterfall methodologies
- Problem solver
- Experience with Marketing Automation Platforms such as Klayvio and HubSpot
- Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously
- A general excitement for discovering new technologies, software, and cutting edge processes
What this looks like:
- Work within multiple Salesforce and Hubspot Orgs looking for areas of friction and help determine processes to ease the friction
- Determine client needs and goals and translate them into requirements and strategy for technical projects
- Act as our client’s day to day CRM administrator and perform those tasks
- Work closely with our team to implement and optimize our client’s tech stack and Orgs
- Assist our project managers in leading calls with the client on a regular basis to gather requirements and any relevant information needed to complete projects in a timely manner
- Continue your own education so you can improve your skills and assist in other projects
