We are seeking an experienced and motivated account director to join our team and play a pivotal role in managing client relationships, overseeing program planning and execution and driving the strategic direction of B2B advertising initiatives with a focus on paid media channels. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of B2B marketing dynamics, experience working with complex global clients with multiple divisions, and a proven track record of delivering successful campaigns for a range of clients.  This is a hybrid position that offers in-office team collaboration days and at-home work flexibility.

Job Responsibilities


  • Serve as the primary relationship point of contact for assigned clients with responsibility for client satisfaction, retention and growth
  • Understand client objectives, challenges, and industry trends to develop a range of programs and disciplines with an emphasis on paid media, paid social, and SEM/SEO programs
  • Collaborate with clients and internal teams to develop comprehensive paid media strategies aligned with business objectives. Leverage market research, audience insights, and industry best practices to inform program planning and optimization
  • Oversee the execution of programs across various platforms, including but not limited to programmatic, paid search, display and paid social.  Ensure campaigns are delivered on time, within budget, and meet performance targets
  • Monitor performance metrics, conduct data analysis, and work with internal teams to generate actionable insights to optimize campaign effectiveness and ROI. Present regular performance reports for clients, highlighting key findings and recommendations for improvement
  • Ongoing client management, communications and expectations management with a diverse range of client contacts across the globe
  • Manage budgets effectively, allocating resources strategically to maximize impact and achieve desired outcomes
  • Proactively identify, recommend and implement business-building ideas regularly

Requirements


  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and concisely to both internal teams and clients
  • Proven track record of managing multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines, and delivering exceptional results in a fast-paced environment
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions to optimize campaign performance
  • Collaborative approach with a focus on fostering positive relationships both internally and externally
  • Ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • A minimum of 7 years of related work experience in an agency environment
