Software Engineer (.NET)

Job Summary
As part of Agile development team, build user interface and server side components using approved frameworks for automotive finance and insurance web applications or special projects. Produce high quality code to meet software feature requirements. Participate in design and code reviews and suggest improvements. Troubleshoot and resolve application defects within a mature production system. Work with other team members who include software engineers and architects, at the architecture, design and code levels to ensure standards-based high performance systems.
Essential Requirements
Must have a US Bachelor’s degree (or foreign equivalent) in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or closely related field, and five (5) years of progressive post-Bachelor’s degree experience as a Software Developer, .NET Developer, Software Engineer, or closely-related technical position. Must also have two (2) years of experience with Agile and scrum feature driven development; troubleshooting and resolving application defects; test-driven development; client-side web development using HTML 5, SCSS, JavaScript, TypeScript, and Angular; and .NET Standard, .NET Framework, .NET Core, and testing frameworks such as Selenium or Cucumber.
