Job Title: Custodial Accounts Solution Specialist


Job Overview:


The Custodial Accounts Solution Specialist at Team Clean is responsible for ensuring the accuracy and integrity of client accounts related to custodial services. This role involves resolving account discrepancies, providing support to clients, and collaborating with various departments to maintain high standards of customer satisfaction and account management.Additionally, the specialist will take charge of transitioning all new accounts, ensuring a smooth and effective onboarding process.

Key Responsibilities:


  • Account Analysis:
  • Investigate and resolve discrepancies and issues in client custodial accounts.
  • Analyze service records, billing, and transactions to identify and correct errors.
  • Conduct regular reviews and audits of custodial accounts to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • Client Support:
  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients experiencing issues with their custodial accounts.
  • Communicate effectively with clients to gather necessary information and provide timely solutions.
  • Educate clients on account processes, service details, and best practices for maintaining accounts.
  • Collaboration and Coordination:
  • Work closely with internal departments, including operations, finance, and customer service and HR to resolve account issues.
  • Coordinate with field staff and supervisors to verify service delivery and account details.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of policies and procedures to improve account management and service delivery.
  • Documentation and Reporting:
  • Maintain detailed records of account issues, resolutions, and client interactions.
  • Prepare and present reports on account status, troubleshooting activities, and service performance.
  • Document and update troubleshooting processes, guidelines, and training materials.
  • Compliance and Quality Assurance:
  • Ensure all account activities comply with company policies and industry standards.
  • Identify potential risks related to custodial accounts and suggest mitigation strategies.
  • Stay updated on industry best practices and incorporate them into account management procedures.

  • Required Qualifications:


    • High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor’s degree in business administration, finance, or a related field preferred.
    • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in account management, janitorial and customer service, or a related role.
    • Strong understanding of custodial services and account management practices.
    • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

    Skills and Competencies:


    • Proficiency in office software and tools (e.g., Microsoft Office, accounting software).
    • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
    • Strong organizational and time-management skills.

    Preferred Qualifications:


    • Experience in the cleaning or facilities management industry.
    • Knowledge of relevant regulations and compliance requirements.
    • Certification in account management or customer service.
