Our direct marketing services deliver results utilizing our in-house production, design capabilities, data and digital expertise, and fully integrated approach producing timely and cost-efficient direct mail packages for our worldwide clients.We are seeking a full-time – 2nd Shift Material Handler - experienced or willing to learn all aspects of managing material in our Iowa facility.
This position is responsible for assisting in a print manufacturing environment with a focus on reduction in cost related errors, exceeding client expectation, and driving a safe workplace. Prior experience as a Material Handler is a plus.

Responsibilities:
- Verifies material in boxes with work orders.
- Supports the Mailshop area by pulling skids of material.
- Removes any safety/fire hazards. Ensure clean, neat. and orderly work area.
- Operates trash compactor and empties waste containers throughout the shift.
- Ensures a safe work environment. Notify Group Leaders of any missing safety devices or unsafe conditions.
- Communicates with the Supervisor on problems, bottlenecks, and potential solutions.
- Helps improve methods and systems to increase productivity, quality, and safety.
- Reports any damage to company property as soon as it is seen (whether responsible for the problem or not).
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent preferred
- 2 years manufacturing experience preferred
- Knowledge of Printstream Software a plus
- Experience operating electric jacks, pallet jacks, and forklifts a plus
- Able to lift and move 15-25 pounds regularly and up to 50 pounds occasionally
- Able to stand on concrete for 10-12 hours and work in a fast-paced environment
- Must be able to stoop, bend, and stretch on a regular basis
- Willingness to work overtime when needed
- Good interpersonal skills to effectively interact with team members
- Must demonstrate reliability through attendance, punctuality, and ability to stay in work area
- Must be able to foster team cooperation
