On Trade Sales Executive – Surrey & Hampshire
Lucky Saint - The Brand Be Generous, Stay Humble, Get Lucky.We are looking for an On Trade Sales Executive to join the team at Lucky Saint as we continue our mission to become the defining alcohol-free beer.  In this role you will be spearheading the growth of Lucky Saint within the Surrey & Hampshire regions and account managing our existing stockists.We are a team who passionately care about the brand and maintaining exceptionally high standards at all touch points of the business. Since the launch of our 0.5% Superior Unfiltered Lager, Lucky Saint has received widespread attention from top industry professionals, the UK’s best operators, and the media.   Lucky Saint is now the UK’s biggest dedicated Alcohol Free beer brand and The Official Beer of Dry Jan ‘24. We’re listed in 8000 premium venues across the UK including 78 Michelin star restaurants, The Ivy Collection, Honest Burger, Hawksmoor, Incipio, Pizza Pilgrims and many more plus 3000 grocery stores.A day in the life in this role – Your morning could start by heading out into the on-trade, collaborating with existing customers and engaging with their team through trainings and activations.

After lunch you would then be calling on new prospects and selling in Lucky Saint to the GMs and key stakeholders in the pub/restaurant/bars of the area whilst also collecting and collating data from your conversations. You could also be meeting with a wholesaler rep, hosting events at your customers venue or quality checking the draught venues in your patch.Salary Range: £28-32kReporting into: Jessica Dixon-Collier – Head of Regional On-TradeWhat you’ll be responsible for

  • Sales: Delivering the company’s Sales and Profit targets for the On-Trade channel in Surrey and surrounding areas - through exploding our performance within market leading independents
  • Distribution: Maximise distribution of draught and packaged beer through developing cast-iron relationships with all relevant On Trade customers, wholesalers, their sales teams, and their decision makers to create a sales strategy driven to influence
  • Account Management:You will manage, nurture and grow an existing portfolio of Lucky Saint customers
  • Business Development: You will build relationships with prospective customers, growing our customer base and distribution with the absolute best venues throughout your territory.
  • Trainings:You will deliver brilliant category trainings and customer activation plans to drive customer engagement and ROS
  • Team Support: Support and assist on a tiered targeting team strategy for securing key accounts
  • Expertise: Continually develop your understanding of both the beer and non-alcoholic category with a focus on a data driven approach to sales.
  • Be Generous: You will feedback fantastic insight to the business and deliver business performance course-correcting where needed as well as effectively maintain an up-to-date CRM and any business essential administration.

 Who you are:

  • 1-2 years’ experience within an on-trade sales or hospitality role
  • Based in Surrey
  • Full UK Driving Licence
  • Great knowledge of your area and the on-trade across your territory
  • You have brilliant interpersonal and influencing skills and understand the reason why networking is so vital to driving sales
  • A passion for beer and a love of the hospitality industry
  • Tenacious, ambitious, self-sufficient, great with people and a real team player
  • You are results orientated, think commercially, you’re a great relationship builder and brand ambassador
  • Have the drive to work within a small, fast paced and entrepreneurial environment where no task is too small
  • Ability to prioritise and efficiently manage both your time and your workload
  • You are comfortable using various data sources to pull your own category story together
