About Your Role
The Sr. Demand Generation Specialist will be responsible for planning, executing, and measuring a range of strategic multi-touch, multi-channel marketing programs, including account-based marketing (ABM) strategies, lead nurture programs, and paid digital campaigns, for accounts expressing intent, research, and other buying signals. We are seeking a motivated marketer who can bring strategic insights, collaborative approaches, and a digital mindset to our demand generation and account-based marketing programs.
How You’ll Make an Impact
- Develop and execute a comprehensive lead nurture strategy for QGenda, working with marketing partners to build campaign assets that reach prospects and customers during their buying journey, aligned with the demand generation calendar and integrated campaigns.
- Manage the creation of an ABM Intent Activation Playbook for use by marketing, business development and sales that is focused on mid-funnel to bottom-funnel execution and opportunity acceleration.
- Develop and implement integrated marketing campaigns targeting accounts displaying relevant buying signals, using intent-based advertising strategies.
- Support field marketing efforts within ABM programs, partnering with business development, sales, and events marketing colleagues to ensure successful activation of in-person events. Support trade shows and conferences as needed throughout the calendar year.
- Collaborate with our paid media team to drive and continuously improve our overall digital engagement strategy (display, programmatic, paid social, content syndication, email, etc.)
- Collaborate with design and digital teams for the development of different creative, copy, and tactical elements required by campaigns. Use analytical insights to continuously test campaign components such as subject lines, calls to action, etc.
- Utilize marketing automation, CRM, and other tools to implement and track lead generation, nurture, and ABM campaigns, measure performance, and optimize efforts for continuous improvement.
- Expected to stay abreast of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in demand generation and digital marketing, continuously seeking opportunities for innovation and improvement

- Adaptable and eager to learn and assume new responsibilities
Experience You Bring
- 4+ years of B2B Marketing experience
- ABM Certified - 6Sense platform preferred
- Strong digital marketing background
- The ideal candidate understands sales cycles and prospecting campaigns, excels at relationship-building, and knows about organization and simplifying processes.
