As the Senior Member Growth Marketing Associate (Payer), you’ll inspire, educate and activate women, men & families to access exceptional care for fertility & family building, maternity & newborn care, parenting & pediatrics, and perimenopause & menopause. This role is ideal for someone with a strong B2B2C marketing background, an understanding of health plans and the healthcare landscape, proven ability to cultivate positive partner relationships, and exceptional project management skills. This is an opportunity to have an immediate impact by bringing data-driven marketing strategies to life to drive enrollments through health plans and employer groups.
As a Senior Member Growth Marketing Associate (Payer) at Maven, you will:
- Be responsible for exceeding member enrollment goals for assigned health plan accounts by working cross-functionally with Member Growth Marketing, Payer Growth and payer marketing teams directly to execute marketing plans, analyze impact and optimize campaigns
- Refine our Medicaid playbook, identify best practice trends and support implementation of new marketing strategies and tests to reach Medicaid member populations
- Support implementation of new health plans by developing and rolling out communications toolkits and executing omnichannel member awareness campaigns across both email and direct mail; manage campaign performance and reporting, ultimately using data and insights to improve enrollment initiatives
- Foster and maintain relationships with payer marketing contacts and lead marketing discussions/strategy sessions to ensure marketing approach alignment
- Work cross-functionally to iterate on our approach to client account management, campaign performance analysis and reporting
- Work closely with creative department to refresh marketing materials and ensure brand compliance
- Build strong relationships with Client Success teams to identify opportunities to improve processes and scale marketing efforts while driving results
Minimum Qualifications:
- 2-4 years of experience with B2B2C marketing, including some client-facing experience
- Experience in the healthcare space, ideally working with payers (health plans)
- Highly analytical with a strong mindset for growth
- Exceptionally strong organizational and project management skills, with demonstrated experience in managing complex projects
- Creative skillset; attention to detail and experience in working with design teams to ensure brand alignment
- Ability to strategically translate research and insights into actionable marketing plans
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills including strong presentation skills
- Strong business judgment: ability to quickly understand business drivers for Maven clients and effectively communicate Maven’s value proposition
- Self-directed, entrepreneurial and eager to take ownership
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working with Medicaid plans
- Experience with Braze, Looker, Canva, Asana, Figma, Webflow or similar tools
- Vendor management experience
- Start-up experience
For candidates in NYC, CO, or CA, the base salary range for this role is $98K - $115K per year. You will also be entitled to receive bonus, stock options and benefits.
