This role can be performed remotely anywhere within the United States.
As a Sales Development Manager, you will be a frontline leader to a team of SDRs and play a pivotal role in fueling Fullstory’s growth as you extend outreach to customers looking to unlock a full-spectrum of behavioral data. Reporting to the Head of Sales Development, you will help hire, train, and coach our SDRs to be a world-class team of sellers and pipeline builders. The pace of Fullstory is fast and the landscape we’re playing in is ever-changing. We’re looking for someone who is motivated by curiosity, and eager to help prospective customers to enhance their online experiences.
In a typical day, you might:
Lead a team of Sales Development Representatives (SDR) who drive proactive outbound lead generation and cultivate relationships to create net-new opportunities
Recruit, train, mentor and promote new SDRs, while fostering a culture of learning and development
Optimize SDR sequences, campaigns, and collateral for optimal results
Own, manage, and report metrics and goals that help drive our bottom line
Here's what we're looking for:
1+ year of experience managing a team of SDRs or AEs in a SaaS sales environment
1+ years of experience of full cycle closing experience in a B2B SaaS sales environment
Experience meeting and exceeding quota as both an individual contributor and manager
Experience using Salesloft, Outreach, or similar cadence tools
Experience leveraging Salesforce for reporting
