UMMARY


PredictionHealth is looking for an Onboarding Specialist to join our growing team. As an Onboarding Specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring a seamless and positive onboarding experience for our new clients. You will be responsible for coordinating with new clients, scheduling kick-off calls, leading kick-off calls, assisting with questions during the onboarding process, and providing initial training. Your goal will be to facilitate a smooth onboarding process for clients, ensuring they are set up for success with our platform.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities


● Coordinate with new clients to schedule and conduct Kickoff Calls● Guide clients through the onboarding process, addressing any questions or concerns they may have.● Provide initial training to new clients on how to use the platform and understand analytics● Collaborate with the Sales and Customer Success teams to ensure a smooth handover of new clients● Develop and maintain onboarding documentation and resources to help support clients● Monitor client progress during onboarding and proactively reach out to address any potential issues● Collect and relay client feedback to internal teams for continuous improvement ● Ensure clients are fully integrated with our system and understand how to leverage our analytics for their practice● Participation in training programs as required by company ● Other ad-hoc projects as needed

Minimum Requirements (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities)


● Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communication, or other related field● Strong interpersonal and communication skills for dealing with clients● Proven experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in SaaS or healthcare ● Excellent oral and written communication skills. ● Ability to work independently and as part of a team● Self-motivated and self-directed with strong organizational and interpersonal skills.

● Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities while maintaining focus. ● Familiarity with PT/OT Practices or clinical documentation● Proficiency in using CRM and other customer success toolsSalary range: $70K to $90K annuallyPredictionHealth is currently not hiring in the following states: CA, DC, MT, HI, or NYThis organization participates in E-Verify.
