About the role 


The Social Media and Communications Manager will focus on elevating LogicGate’s brand and C-Suite thought leadership, increasing engagement via social media, driving industry-leading content and building advocacy among our customers and influencers. audience. You will work closely with the Marketing, Customer Success, Sales, Product, and HR teams to ensure a positive brand image and reputation, maintain consistency in LogicGate’s voice, and cultivate a thriving community. The desired candidate should have exceptional organizational skills, professionalism, positive energy, and experience in Social Media and public relations/corporate communications.

Core Responsibilities:


  • Manage and grow our social media presence to engage customers, potential customers, analysts and influencers across multiple platforms (Linkedin, X, Reddit, YouTube)
  • Optimize, own, and manage our social media calendar, working collaboratively with our agency, the content, the studio, HR/Internal and performance teams to plan and publish content regularly
  • Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to refine strategies and report on social media actions with learnings, successes and forward thinking strategies
  • Support communications by managing cross-enterprise projects such as surveys, customer case studies, customer and brand videos, building themes/narratives/storyboards, etc.
  • Identify and manage all industry awards to generate more substantiated acknowledgements 
  • Help identify industry trends and cut-through narratives to drive organic and unique content for the company blog
  • Manage promotion and awareness of company/brand events, such as Company Kick-Off, LogicGate’s customer event “Agility,” industry conferences, webinars, etc. 

We get excited about you if you have: 


  • 5+ years of experience in Social Media, Communications and project management
  • A proven record of high impact actions and campaigns for Tech or SaaS Industries
  • Proven track record of success in social media content creation that led to an increase in engagement and large network growth
  • Prior experience leveraging Google Analytics to shape social media creativity. Ability to derive actionable insights from analytics
  • AP Style writing 
  • High level of comfort managing simultaneous projects
  • Strong time and project management abilities to meet internal KPIs
  • Willing to build a unique voice in a competitive sector, while crafting fascinating stories and impactful, worldwide activations
  • Have outstanding project management skills, you’re enthusiastic about planning and organization, you work well in deadline-oriented environments, and you enjoy pulling all of the pieces of a puzzle together to maximize your efforts
  • A proactive and ambitious approach to being an integral part of the marketing/communications team!

The anticipated base salary range for the role is $75,000 - $90,000 per year + variable + equity + benefits. Actual salaries may vary and will be based on factors, such as candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and proficiency for the role. Internal candidates who have current pay within or above the hiring range are still encouraged to apply if interested.
