Join our dynamic team at MeridianLink as a Digital Marketing Manager, where you'll spearhead innovative campaigns across FinTech and online media channels, shaping our digital footprint and driving impactful growth strategies. The Digital Marketing Manager at MeridianLink oversees initiatives aimed at enhancing brand awareness, fostering a positive brand image, and accelerating the sales cycle. Responsibilities include developing educational content, articulating MeridianLink’s unique value propositions, and targeting the appropriate audience segments.
This role also manages both internal and external communication strategies, collaborates closely with Demand Generation to execute content strategies across B2B digital channels, and drives SEO and lead generation programs. Monitoring campaign effectiveness and delivering actionable insights to optimize online initiatives are key aspects of this position.
Responsibilities
-Develop and execute comprehensive content & digital marketing strategies that align with overall marketing goals to drive traffic, engagement, and conversions across multiple online platforms.-Collaborate to create and manage content, including blog posts, case studies, and other resources-Conduct keyword research and SEO audits and implement SEO tactics to optimize content and inform our SEO strategy.-Help maintain the content calendar to ensure timely delivery across all channels.-Expected to lead collaboration across marketing teams to create communications strategies that support marketing campaigns and lead generation objectives-Will work collaboratively with executives, creative teams, and product marketing teams to develop and implement website strategy.-Maintain and deliver monthly reports for content & digital tool performance using analytics tools, measuring and testing the effectiveness of the marketing efforts and making data-driven recommendations for improvement.-Understand the customer journey on the website, leverage our tech stack to help optimize the journey and provide insights into behavior
Qualifications: Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
-Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Communications, or related disciplines.-2-4 years of experience in a B2B marketing environment.-Expertise in Google Analytics, Looker Studio, Hot Jar is highly preferred (expertise in similar tools would be considered) -SEO expertise is required -Preferred experience within the FinTech or Tech industry.-In-depth knowledge of major social media, content, and advertising platforms.-Proficiency in analytics tools for reporting on advertising performance and optimizing digital initiatives.-Strong written and verbal communication skills.-Ability to work comfortably in a deadline-driven and fast-paced environment MeridianLink has a wonderful culture where people value the work they do and appreciate each other for their contributions.
