Job Title:   Senior Director Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) - Remote


Reports To:   Vice President Client Services


FSLA Status:  Full Time, Exempt


Salary:  $80,000 - $92,000 per annum


* Starting pay varies based on location and experience, in compliance with specific state wage regulations.  Competitive rates tailored to your geography and expertise.


Essential Functions:

  • Lead a team of Client Success Directors
  • Hire, train and supervise direct reports and provide overall guidance for the team direction and vision, including but not limited to, managing staff performance by providing regular feedback, performance reviews, and one on one meetings
  • Work with staff to balance workload and effort by deploying resources efficiently and effectively toward organizational goals
  • Collaborate with the sales and implementation teams to enhance client service delivery
  • Oversee team member’s adherence to Coronis policies, procedures and systems
  • Promote Coronis’ values by creating and maintaining a positive work environment and overall teamwork within the Primary and Specialty Physician Services team. 
  • Guide Client Success Directors in identifying service-related needs, optimization and workflow recommendations and potential growth opportunities
  • Develop and launch effective methods and tools that drive all aspects of revenue cycle management
  • Develop and implement POD project improvements both internally and for the client practices with the Client Success Directors
  • Resolve client needs by serving as an escalation point
  • Responsible for client retention
  • Conduct periodic client satisfaction follow ups
  • Develop escalation and incident management to ensure successful resolution  
  • Accountable for all workstreams relevant to Primary and Specialty Physician Services Client Success teams 
  • Develop and maintain strong working relationships with offshore management teams 
  • Provides direction to the Client Success Directors to determine strong plan of actions for client improvements (charge entry, payment posting, rejection/denial management, AR follow up)
  • Responsible for providing direction and oversight of RCM KPI’s (charge, payments, collections, adjustments) in relation to the client and company expectations 
  • Meet regularly with Client Success Directors on the health of client practices
  • Performs other related duties as assigned.

    This position will manage Client Success Directors

    Work Environment


    This job operates in a professional office environment.  This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines.

    Physical Demands


    The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. This is largely a sedentary role; however, some filing is required. This would require the ability to lift files, open filing cabinets and bend or stand on a stool as necessary.

    Required Education and Experience


  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare, or another industry-related field preferred
  • At least 10 years of industry-related experience; including three years in upper management preferred                                                                   
  • 5 plus years of prior leadership experience
  • Proven track record with KPI development and implementation, as well as project planning and execution
  • Extensive knowledge of medical billing/coding, front office procedures and revenue cycle management
  • Strong understanding of various insurances and specialties
  • Exceptional written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills
  • Excellent client facing and senior leadership presentation skills
  • Professional demeanor required
