In this role, the Product Manager will collaborate cross-functionally to cultivate detailed requirements for multiple projects and products at a time, and manage the development, deployment, and roll out of those projects. This role will report to and work closely with the Director of Product to validate recently completed projects, communicate and coordinate the adoption of new features, and facilitate effective release coordination in a highly dynamic environment.Duties
- Work closely with multiple development teams to document requirements and remove impediments for current and upcoming product feature development
- Coordinate communication and collaboration between all levels of the organization
- Act as liaison between leadership, internal teams, and/or external vendors and partners
- Work closely with leadership, internal teams, and/or external vendors and partners to prioritize upcoming feature work and maximize value
- Contribute to ongoing process improvement and the establishment of new policy and procedure for documentation, communication, and operations
Your portfolio
- 2-6 years of experience in a Product Manager role or with similar responsibilities
- Experience with Software Development practices (such as Agile, DevOps, and Scrum)
- Self starter who can deliver results with minimal guidance
- Comfortable working independently and with a team
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Background and interest in Trading or Sports Betting a plus
- Previous experience in B2C Product Management a plus
- Startup experience preferred but not required
- Employment is contingent on candidate’s ability to undergo, pass and maintain required registration as mandated by state gaming regulations
