Your Role: As a Creative Producer, you will work within the Creative Team at Blue Wheel on a variety of clients and project types. Your day to day will include concepting, on-set production, casting talent, and collaborating with the creative, advertising and social media teams on assigned projects. This may include working on-set with the production team as the art department which may include sourcing props.

You will create briefs, production scripts and shot lists. You will work with the production team to create and implement timelines for productions and make sure that the project stays on-time and on-budget. In this position you will be the main point of contact for client and vendor communications. You will report directly to the Creative Director and will work cross functionally and collaboratively with video editors, retouchers, external production vendors and other members of the production team on assigned clients / projects. You will be included on client kickoff calls and internal strategy meetings (related to productions). This position is a hybrid onsite and remote position, you will need to be in-studio or on location in NYC for production and prep days, and can work other days at home or in the studio.

In the 1st month, you will…


· Immerse yourself in BW’s culture, team and product.· Establish and cultivate positive relationships with key decision-makers.· Take a deep dive into the assigned client’s business needs and objectives.

Sharpen your skills in Month 2 by…


· Begin to source casting, locations, props, and catering for productions.· Overseeing on-set production and collaborating with the creative, advertising and social teams on assigned projects.· Creating scripts and shot lists for paid social media advertisements and organic social media based on platform best practices.· Understanding trends and new innovations in the social digital and advertising space, implementing as they come to light

Execute in Month 3 by...


· Creating and implementing project timelines.· Managing external vendor communications· Becoming point of contact for client communications· Quality control and reviewing video cuts before sending to client· Creating high-quality content with quick turnaroundsDesired Skills &Experience: · 2 years + experience overseeing implementation or managing and executing pay-per-click advertising campaigns on Amazon, Google, or a similar platform· 2 years + experience in an agency environment preferred· Knowledge of Amazon's Seller and Vendor Central platforms is a plus· Proven results in digital strategy and paid advertising within the e-commerce space· Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field, preferred· Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; Experience with Adobe Creative Suite preferred· Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; Experience with Adobe Creative Suite preferred· The smallest detail is your favorite detail! -- Self-driven with the ability to work independently· Must be able to understand complex environments and projects, pay attention to details and maintain an organized workflow· Excellent planning, project and time management, and decision-making skills with the ability to self-manage numerous projects simultaneously· Demonstrated project management skills and proven ability to deliver results in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment· Creativity and experience bringing new programs and ideas to fruition· Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on teamwork and the ability to foster/maintain relationships across multiple businesses and organizations· Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills preferredClick here to learn more about our YOOCI core vales and Blue Wheel perks and Benefits.
