About you

Requirements


  • Grow and develop long-term relationships with clients. 
  • Genuine interest in organic social. 
  • Manage client day-to-day social efforts. 
  • Be the client's righthand person getting to know their business inside and out. 
  • Get your hands dirty. See opportunities. Solve problems.  
  • Excel at "small ball"—communication, accuracy, quality, attention to detail. 
  • Prepare client presentations, effectively present results and attend meetings as required.  
  • Oversee multiple projects at once—information gathering, organizing, budgeting, scheduling, monitoring, trafficking, reporting, delivering and guiding execution. 
  • Brief, organize and provide information to internal teams—and cheer them on now and again. 
  • Genuine interest in Gaming and/or Pop-Culture. 
  • Up to date understanding of platforms such as Meta, TikTok and Twitter to stay on top of innovative approaches for clients. 
  • Willingness to learn, grow and evolve in an ever-changing industry. 

Experience 


  • A bachelor’s degree in advertising, communications, business, data or another related field.  
  • Agency experience preferred.  
  • Must be located on the west coast, preferably Los Angeles, CA, or Portland, OR.  
  • Working knowledge of project management systems, such as Jira, Trello, and Asana.  
  • Proficient with Discord.  
  • Experience managing Social Media deliverables and editorial calendars.  

Bonus Points  


  • Experience with B2C clients  
  • Experience in the Entertainment/Gaming industry 
  • Versed in additional social platforms such as Reddit, Twitch, and YouTube.
