A Day In the Life


  • Provide full life cycle recruitment, including building and utilizing a people pipeline by sourcing, screening, extending offers, and best of all CLOSING candidates
  • Effectively communicate and sell Revenue Analytics’ unique value proposition, benefits, and comp structure to drive a high offer acceptance rate
  • Prepare and post job ads that will attract top talent and create interest
  • Develop and manage vendor relationships that support Talent Acquisition objectives
  • Research, organize, and participate in recruiting events such as on-campus recruiting and job fairs
  • Coach hiring managers on recruiting best practices including interviewing, selection, and offer negotiation

Who You Are


  • Bachelor’s degree with strong academic credentials
  • 2+ years of in-house recruitment and/or combination of agency recruitment experience
  • 2+ years of experience recruiting for technical roles, such as data scientists and software engineers, in a SaaS environment preferred
  • Demonstrated ability to manage high volume recruitment activities for various levels and use of innovative methods to source and attract passive candidates
  • Solid understanding in effectively managing the candidate and hiring manager’s experience in the recruitment process
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with an ATS, experience with Lever is a plus
  • Ability to effectively manage multiple work streams with overlapping assignments and work independently with minimal supervision
  • Possess a high level of attention to detail
