A Day In the Life
- Provide full life cycle recruitment, including building and utilizing a people pipeline by sourcing, screening, extending offers, and best of all CLOSING candidates
- Effectively communicate and sell Revenue Analytics’ unique value proposition, benefits, and comp structure to drive a high offer acceptance rate
- Prepare and post job ads that will attract top talent and create interest
- Develop and manage vendor relationships that support Talent Acquisition objectives
- Research, organize, and participate in recruiting events such as on-campus recruiting and job fairs
- Coach hiring managers on recruiting best practices including interviewing, selection, and offer negotiation
Who You Are
- Bachelor’s degree with strong academic credentials
- 2+ years of in-house recruitment and/or combination of agency recruitment experience
- 2+ years of experience recruiting for technical roles, such as data scientists and software engineers, in a SaaS environment preferred
- Demonstrated ability to manage high volume recruitment activities for various levels and use of innovative methods to source and attract passive candidates
- Solid understanding in effectively managing the candidate and hiring manager’s experience in the recruitment process
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with an ATS, experience with Lever is a plus
- Ability to effectively manage multiple work streams with overlapping assignments and work independently with minimal supervision
- Possess a high level of attention to detail
