As a

Digital Marketing Specialist


, you will be responsible for all digital marketing efforts. This position will be a varied role that includes advertising, social media, public relations, event organization, and content creation for both clients and management. You’ll play an instrumental role in shaping our marketing department and creating the digital experience for our prospects and customers.

Responsibilities: 


  • Lead digital marketing campaigns with a primary focus on email channels to enhance engagement, foster loyalty, and drive conversions.
  • Develop strategic marketing initiatives and activities. 
  • Implement and track digital marketing and advertising campaigns. 
  • Create, maintain and strengthen the organization’s overall brand through all media avenues. 
  • Design promotional materials, graphs, charts, and other visual aids for clients and management. 
  • Write/distribute news releases and other media materials as appropriate to local media. 
  • Ensure that all marketing materials are consistent with company brand standards.

What we look for: 


  • Experience implementing, managing, and/or using marketing automation platforms such as ActiveCampaign
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing or Business-related field preferred
  • 1-3 years of experience in digital marketing, with a strong emphasis on email marketing and analytics.
  • Insurance experience is a plus
  • A team player able to multitask in fast paced environment
