We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Custodial Supervisor to oversee custodial operations across seven schools in the Philadelphia area.Job Description:As the Custodial Supervisor, you will be responsible for managing and leading a team of custodians to ensure the cleanliness, safety, and maintenance of our school facilities.

Your role will involve coordinating cleaning schedules, supervising staff, inspecting work quality, and ensuring compliance with health and safety standards.Key Responsibilities:•Supervision: Oversee and coordinate the daily activities of custodial staff across seven schools.•Scheduling: Develop and implement cleaning schedules to ensure all areas are cleaned and maintained regularly.•Training: Train new custodial staff on cleaning procedures, safety protocols, and use of equipment.•Inspection: Conduct regular inspections to ensure all facilities meet cleanliness and safety standards.•Inventory Management: Monitor and manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring timely procurement and proper use.•Health and Safety Compliance: Ensure all custodial activities comply with local, state, and federal health and safety regulations.•Reporting: Maintain records of cleaning activities, staff performance, and any issues requiring attention.•Collaboration: Work closely with school administrators to address any specific cleaning or maintenance needs.Qualifications:•Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of custodial or supervisory experience, preferably in an educational setting.•License: Valid Pennsylvania (PA) Driver's License is mandatory.•Skills: Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
