We are looking for a results-driven Human Resources Generalist to oversee critical HR functions. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for employee inquiries. You will collaborate with all levels of our organization, focusing on employee well-being, ensuring compliance with policies, and fostering growth and development while ensuring a positive work environment.

Responsibilities


  • Manage day-to-day HR functions, conduct onboarding, maintain, and secure HR documents and training files 
  • Conduct training sessions - rollout company policies and procedures
  • Recommend, assist with development, and implement HR strategies aligned with the overall organizational goals
  • Assist with employee relations, address issues, and foster a positive work environment - ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies
  • Assist with performance management system - assist employee improvement and growth
  • Help identify training needs, professional development opportunities and training programs
  • Assist in the administration of employee compensation and benefits programs
  • Develop, monitor, and enforce HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with laws and regulations and maintain a fair and consistent workplace
  • Stay updated on employment laws and regulations, ensuring the organization’s compliance with relevant legislation
  • Oversee and assist with recruitment, selection and offer process - oversee the onboarding processes
  • Report HR data to management and provide support through HR metrics

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Business Management, or related
  • 3+ years of progressive HR experience
  • In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices
  • Proven experience in developing and implementing HR strategies
  • Strong leadership skills to guide HR initiatives
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
  • High ethical standards, discretion in handling confidential information
  • Adaptability to changing business needs and evolving HR trends
  • Familiarity with HRIS systems and other HR-related software, SuccessFactors a plus
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office or equivalent
  • Due to ITAR requirements and the nature of work performed within our facilities, sponsorship is not available
