Purpose:


Seerist is seeking a dynamic and experienced Strategic Account Manager to join our US federal team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and expanding our footprint within the US Army, leading the program management of current multi-million dollar Army programs, and driving growth within the Army. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a proven track record in program management, and account management, and experience with government contracts and programs.

Role and responsibilities:


  • Program Management: Ensure the successful management and delivery of major Army programs, including meeting all project milestones and financial targets. Work closely with the Product and Technology teams to ensure all aspects of Army programs are delivered on time. Work closely with the Client Success Management teams to ensure a smooth onboarding process and ongoing client satisfaction.
  • Account Management:In coordination with the Head of Federal Client Success and Head of Federal Sales develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders within the US Army and other military services. Maintain accurate sales pipeline forecasts and sales activity data within client management systems.
  • Business Development: Identify and pursue opportunities to expand Seerist’s presence within the US Army and other branches of the military. Build and maintain a robust pipeline of potential opportunities by understanding the unique needs and challenges of military clients. Conduct high-velocity prospecting and attend industry events to generate new business opportunities.

Requirements:


  • Proven experience in program management of technology implementation with the US government with a focus on the Department of Defence
  • Proven experience in managing and growing accounts within the US Army or other military services.
  • Strong track record of managing large-scale programs and delivering successful outcomes.
  • Familiarity with intelligence products and services, including OSINT technology, data analysis and threat intelligence solutions.
  • Experience with government contracts, procurement processes, and compliance requirements.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships at senior levels.
  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage complex sales cycles.

Desired Requirements:


  • Experience using sales tools such as Hubspot, GovWin, Leadership Connect, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and Gong.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to think strategically
  • Ability to meet internal and external deadlines, and manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Passion for technology, current affairs, and the evolving landscape of military operations.
