Job Summary:


We are seeking a highly experienced and dynamic Product Manager to join our Data Products team. As a Product Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving the development and successful implementation of new product focused on helping our customers better manage their medical equipment through data and analytics. Your experience with mission critical assets coupled with your expertise in product management, will be critical in shaping our strategic roadmap and ensuring the delivery of high-quality products that meet the needs of our customers and their patients.

Duties/Responsibilities


  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and execute the product strategy for our hospital and healthcare solutions. Conduct market research, analyze industry trends, and identify opportunities for product innovation and differentiation. 
  • Lead the end-to-end product development process, including gathering and prioritizing product requirements, defining product vision, and working closely with engineering, design, and other teams to deliver high-quality, user-centric healthcare products.
  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive product roadmap aligned with the company's strategic goals. Continuously prioritize features, enhancements, and updates based on customer feedback, market trends, and business objectives.
  • Engage with key stakeholders, including hospital administrators, healthcare professionals, and patients, to gather insights, understand their needs, and incorporate feedback into product development. Build and nurture strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to drive successful product launches and ongoing product adoption.
  • Lead and collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, sales, and operations, to ensure effective and timely product delivery. Provide guidance and mentorship to junior product managers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional growth.
  • Perform data & analytics deep dives in partnership with our Data Engineering and BI teams to ensure reliability of datasets and accuracy of insights provided through the product.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop go-to-market strategies, positioning, and messaging for new products. Support marketing efforts by providing product knowledge, conducting product training, and participating in customer presentations and demonstrations.
  • Monitor the competitive landscape and industry trends to identify potential threats and opportunities. Conduct regular analysis and benchmarking of competitor products to ensure our offerings remain competitive and meet or exceed market standards.
  • Define and track key product performance metrics, such as adoption rates, customer satisfaction, and revenue growth. Utilize data-driven insights to assess product success, identify areas for improvement, and recommend strategic adjustments.

Required Skills/Abilities:


  • Excellent strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex concepts into actionable plans.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  • Analytical mindset and proficiency in data-driven decision-making, utilizing analytics tools and market research to drive product strategy.
  • Leadership experience, with the ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, delivering high-quality results within established timelines.

Education and Experience:


  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field required; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
  • 5-7 years in product management, preferably in the hospital and healthcare industry.
  • Experience with enterprise asset management including equipment lifecycles, service contracts, work order management systems and asset performance analytics is required.
  • Strong knowledge with agile product development methodologies, including user research, prototyping, and iterative product releases is required.
  • Experience in data & analytics including hands-on data skills and development and commercialization of data products is required.
  • Experience within the healthcare ecosystem, including hospital operations, electronic health records (EHR), medical devices, and healthcare regulations is preferred.
  • Experience working with AI tools such as Generative AI and machine learning is strongly preferred.
