About The Role
We seek an experienced Senior Staff Full-Stack Engineer to join our team and work on a new app/web app for small business owners. The app will include tools to streamline small business operations, such as scheduling, invoicing, review management, and more. The ideal candidate will join our existing engineering team to design, test, and implement this product. The senior staff full-stack engineer will utilize their knowledge of programming languages and system design to provide technical leadership to the engineering team members through each stage of our software development lifecycle.
Advanced knowledge of data structure and algorithms, architecture design, code review, and troubleshooting is essential for this role.

- Take technical ownership of your team’s product, including its scalability, architectural designs, resiliency, technology choices, uptime, and quality.
- Develop, design, and maintain scalable web applications, mobile applications, and backend services.
- Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code, maintaining quality and security.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and deploy applications.
- Troubleshoot and debug applications
- Identify bottlenecks and continually improve software efficiency
- Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in software development

- 10 to 15 years of experience with a bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Software Engineering (relevant experience may be considered instead of education)
- Expert knowledge of object-oriented design principles
- Expertise in Flutter/Dart
- Intermediate knowledge of Typescript
- Advanced knowledge of SQL and RDBMS such as PostgreSQL or MySQL
- Familiarity with microservices architecture, Docker, and serverless computing
- Previous experience working with form-based CRUD applications and single-page application development
- Previous experience in mobile application development, mainly using Flutter
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work well in a team environment
- Proficiency in the English language, both written and verbal, sufficient for success in a remote and largely asynchronous work environment
