About The Role


Our Google Business Profile Specialist is an integral part of the Client Success Team, and one of our orchestra conductors. They are part of a team that, collectively, oversees our clients’ digital media presence through Olly Olly’s services (websites, SEO, social media, and paid advertising). As part of our Client Success team, the primary responsibilities of the Google Business Profile Specialist are to drive account performance by securing access to Google Business Profiles for our clients and ensuring we have access to Primary Domains, both of which directly impact the overall performance of our client portfolio.

Another critical part of this role involves continuous education on the ever-changing landscape of Google Business Profiles.

You're excited about this opportunity because you will be responsible for..


  • Conduct a minimum of 25 calls per day to contact clients pertaining to anything regarding their google business profile access, domain access, or social media access
  • Requesting access, merging profiles, claiming profiles, assisting with verifying profiles, handling suspensions, and contact Google Support
  • Follow up calls/emails for Google Business Profile troubleshooting, primary domain access, and social media access
  • Oversee the overall maintenance for 2500+ accounts

  • Sending and receiving domains, checking for delegate access, setting up client emails, and ensuring domains have or don’t have an email address

  • Sending requests for social media access, assisting clients with providing access, and setting up Facebook pages

  • Assisting with training Client Success in regards to Google Business Profile, domains & social media
  • Providing continued education on Google Business Profile, domains & social media
  • Supporting Client Onboarding Specialists, Account Managers, Account Coordinators, and Retention in troubleshooting access and verification issues

We're excited about you because you bring…


  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English required to facilitate effective communication with clients (The ability to comprehend and interpret complex information in English is crucial for success in this role. English language proficiency will be assessed during the interview process)
  • At least 2+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or Customer Relationship Management roles
  • At least 2+ years working within Google
  • Familiarity with Digital Marketing (Facebook, Instagram marketing, Analytics, User Experience, Paid Media and Search marketing)
  • Some client retention or upselling experience
  • Experience with Microsoft Office & Google Suite
  • Bachelor's degree or similar (although this is not required)
