- Develop personalized coaching plans and training programs to enhance dealership operations, sales techniques, and customer satisfaction.
- Implement performance metrics and track progress to measure the effectiveness of coaching initiatives.
- Conduct one-on-one and group coaching sessions to provide guidance, motivation, and skill-building to the dealership team.
- Foster a positive and engaging learning environment to inspire and empower dealership staff.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve coaching techniques.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Performance Coach, Sales Trainer, or similar role within the automotive industry.
- In-depth knowledge of automotive dealership operations, sales processes, and customer service principles.
- Outstanding communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical abilities to assess performance data and identify areas for improvement.
- Ability to build rapport and establish trust with diverse teams and individuals.
- Flexibility to travel as needed within the West Coast region to conduct on-site coaching sessions.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Previous experience working with dealership management software and customer relationship management (CRM) systems.
- Relevant certifications in coaching, training, or automotive sales.
