What you’d do
- Resource planning for client projects collaborating between client teams and practices
- Supporting with client Forecasting and Budgeting
- Establishing statements of work and commercials for new and existing clients
- Driving adoption of operational tools in our client teams and practices
- Drive adoption of standard operating processes and workflows
- Oversee the delivery and development of internal reporting to support Client Teams to manage the performance of their Groups
- To ensure consistency of business proposition and centrally aligned objectives across all our client & practice teams

How to succeed in this role
- You will be evaluated based on how you live our culture code every day in addition to your work with clients, our product and your team!
- Maximising billable utilisation - a lot of your time will be spent ensuring our client & practice teams are profitable and efficient but also at the right capacity level to win with our clients
- Adoption of tools and platforms - you will be an expert in our operational tools and will be able to clearly articulate the value they bring to our client & practice teams
- Exercising your influencing skills - our teams should feel like you’re an indispensable partner to them, confident that your advice will lead to the best and most efficient outcome for their group
