Senior Designer for LandDesign, Inc. to work at our Dallas, TX loc. Project mgmt. responsibilities that incl conducting + managing all phases of a project from concept thru all design phases. Mentor of staff/Designers. Construction documentation. Construction Administration. Coordinate + effectively communicate with people in other disciplines, with clients, + with jurisdiction reviewers + staff. Train Project Designers. Participate in marketing + business development activities by helping with proposal writing + interview presentations.
Prep renderings + graphics for projects. Little domestic travel may be involved. Applicants will be required to submit a portfolio of work relevant to required experience and skills. Must have Bachelor’s degree in Landscape Architecture or related field; 4 yrs exp in Landscape Architecture; and the required skills. Alternatively, must have Master’s in Landscape Architecture or rel field; 3 yrs exp in Landscape Architecture; and the required skills. Requires skills (3 yrs) in: AutoCAD; Civil 3D; Sketch Up; Adobe Creative Suite; Microsoft Office Suite; and graphic skills, both hand and computer generated.
