The PC position is an exempt outside sales position that requires the PC to be regularly engaged away from PDS’s centralized corporate offices with the majority of work performed at client sites and in other remote locations away from the PC’s home and PDS’s corporate offices.
THIS ROLE REQUIRES EXTENSIVE TRAVEL. CANDIDATES MUST HAVE THE ABILITY TO TRAVEL AT LEAST 16+ DAYS PER MONTH
Candidates must be comfortable working away from PDS’s place of business and primarily at client sites or other remote locations.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- 3-5 years of demonstrated Business Development Center and Lead Management Experience, and/or Automotive Sales Management, and/or Automotive Vendor (Variable Operations) experience required!
- Must be able to interact with and influence client personnel, including executive-level managers, department managers, sales and service staff, and Business Development Center (BDC) staff on Sales and Service lead management.
- Must be able to present training material in an engaging manner and ensure that material and training are implemented and executed to drive impact.
- Comfortable coaching and training on SaaS products
- Must be able to identify sales opportunities and show value in PDS products and services in order to provide solutions to clients.
- Must be able to physically dedicate a minimum of 75% of all time spent on client sites walking the sites to engage in various activities with client personnel.
- Must possess extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. • Must possess consultative problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
- Must be comfortable and effective with all Sales and Service-related client interactions including face-to-face, e-mail, and phone.
- Must demonstrate the proven ability to organize, structure, and direct the work of others in individual and group environments.
- Must be able to timely and accurately execute company policies regarding compliance with documentation, use of electronic platforms, communication, conduct, professionalism, and judgment.
- Must be detail-oriented, able to effectively manage time, simultaneously manage multiple accounts and priorities, and work well in a remote environment.
- Must demonstrate an energetic and motivating personality.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION COMPENSATION
- A PC is eligible for an average annual compensation range of $120-$140k subject to meeting the conditions set forth in PDS’s PC Compensation Plan.
