Each year of the program is structured to give the PMP an increasing amount of responsibility at the firm and exposure to the private equity real estate industry while also placing heightened focus on development of interpersonal and leadership skills. As the PMP nears completion of the program, the PMP will have the opportunity to establish a career path within a distinctive value-add company vertical. Duties include:
- Work closely with senior executives and various execution teams to provide analytics, research, and execution support for the following areas: business analytics, investor relations, regional and investment strategic planning, portfolio-level budgeting and reforecasting, redevelopment underwriting, leasing decisions, and dispositions.
- Develop and maintain sophisticated projection models highlighting critical investment performance metrics
- Plan and produce investor reporting and investor meeting deliverables
- Support debt and equity financing transactions, including secured debt placements, refinancings, and equity capital raising
- Build or streamline internal processes to drive operating efficiency across all departments
- Gain expertise in a variety of technical platforms, including Power BI, Argus Enterprise, Yardi, MapDash, and WDesk
Requirements
- Strong analytical, technology, organizational, and process design skills
- Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills
- Strong work ethic, self-motivated, and capable of effective independent judgment
- Acute attention to detail and passion for quality
- Proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
Experience
1-2 years of relevant experience preferred
Education
Degree in accounting, business, urban studies, engineering, finance, mathematics, real estate, or related field
Travel
Occasional, project-related travel to various investments across the United States
