Absolute Collision is currently seeking an EXPERIENCED Body Shop Technician to join our team. We are seeking a HIGHLY MOTIVATED individual, who will continue to help us EXPAND Absolute Collision’s reputation throughout North Carolina. Our Body Shop Technicians are able to diagnose and correctly repair damage, rework repairs that don’t meet the company standards or customer’s expectations and comply with safety and OSHA procedures and requirements. Requirements
What Will I Be Doing?
- Perform a complete tear-down on each vehicle before having a blueprint meeting with the CSM.
- Read and be responsible for all repairs assigned and listed on the work order.
- Complete the repairs in a quality manner, following the company's Standard Operating Procedures.
- Be proficient at metal straightening, plastic finish work, structural repair, and welding.
- Possess practical knowledge of setting up, measuring, and straightening full frame and unibody.
- Perform other job duties as assigned.
Do I have what it takes?
- Minimum High School Diploma / GED
- Accountability for all parts assigned to each job
- Well organized
