About the Role


We’re looking for a self-motivated Treasury Analyst to join our growing team!  In this role, you will own the cash reporting and forecasting process for the company and discover more efficient ways to track the company’s revenue, expenses, and other cash flows on a routine basis. You’ll work cross-functionally with Capital Markets, Accounting, and FP&A to gather all relevant information for forecasting purposes. This is an excellent opportunity to help build up our treasury functions to better scale with our organization’s growth goals. 

What you’ll do


  • Prepare monthly and quarterly financial covenant calculations and compliance certificates in accordance with our warehouse lending agreements
  • Own cash forecasting for the organization, including estimates on revenue, expenses, warehouse activity, and loan originations
  • Help develop cash management, investment, and risk mitigation strategies 
  • Scope and lead project to implement a treasury management software that fits the organization’s needs
  • Coordinate with financial operations analysts to ensure optimal warehousing strategy is being deployed
  • Develop treasury reporting dashboards appropriate for various stakeholders and track KPIs

What we look for


  • 2+ years in the financial services industry with specific experience in treasury; experience in a lending organization is a plus
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Accounting, Finance or related field
  • Excellent Excel skills with the ability to pick up new platforms such as Tableau
  • Experience with treasury management software such as GTreasury, Kyriba, and Trovata is a plus
  • Transparent communication and relationship building skills to effectively work cross functionally
  • Proven organization skills and ability to prioritize and adhere to deadlines in a fast paced environment
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to work with limited direction and get things done

For CO, NY, CA and WA residents, the salary range for this position is $61,600 - $77,000/year with a 25% Bonus and Equity.
