Proactive Dealer Solutions is seeking self-driven and motivated individuals to join their successful Call Center team! You will be directly responsible for driving traffic to dealerships. Call Center and Automotive Experience is preferred but not required.
Job Responsibilities:
- Make outbound scripted calls to customers to follow up on recalls, dealer maintenance, and calls to customers about dealership specials.
- Receive inbound service call
- Log customer information and purify the customer database
- Met and exceed daily goals and call volume
- Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by taking the extra mile
Requirements:
- Strong written and verbal communications
- Confident and self-motivated personality
- Must be process-driven, coachable and trainable
- Must be energetic and enthusiastic
- Strong upselling skills
- Must be dependable and able to work 40 hours a week including some weekends
