We’re looking for a Paid Media Strategist to join our growing team! This role calls for a digital media enthusiast who is passionate about using technology, data and creativity to drive client business performance.

What you do
Client Management Responsibilities:
- Measured on revenue retention and growth, direct utilization, hourly rate, and client satisfaction scores for clients under management
- Ensure budgets, optimizations, and performance are executed and aligned with client goals
- Build out campaigns and implement QA checks on relevant digital marketing platforms
- Flag performance issues, client contact changes, and/or relationship concerns, while providing ideas for solutions, to AD’s.
- Perform regular analyses and make data-driven recommendations, following our 'test and learn' methodology
- Lead deck creation for client presentations, including business reviews
- Ensure we fulfill on client contracts (eg. sending weekly report to clients)
- Lead client meetings, preferably via video conference - prepare the agenda and ensure we take notes
- Implement & use Brainlabs’ tools on all accounts where applicable
- Prioritize and respond to client emails/calls in a timely manner
- Manage and maintain updates for large keyword lists
- Provide creative ad copies as well as suggestions and interesting ad templates
- Support the generation of new PPC campaigns, ads, ad groups, and accounts in the aid of creating new paid search advertising initiatives
- Train Specialists to meet client goals and improve technical and presentation skills
Leadership Responsibilities:
- Models strong leadership including alignment to company priorities and philosophies, effective stress and emotion self-management, as well as a positive and patient demeanor with the team
- Mentor to team members working on assigned clients providing training and shadowing opportunities and participating in new hire training program
- Participate in wider company initiatives including, but not limited to new business pitches and internal marketing efforts
- Cultivates an atmosphere that embraces diversity and inclusion within the team and agency

Who you are
Essential Skills
- Demonstrated proficiency of paid search platforms (Google, Bing, SA360), and/or other search platforms (e.g. Apple Search, Quora)
- Proven organizational, project, and time management skills
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbally, with the ability to provide actionable insights for all levels of an organization
- Possess keen critical thinking and analytical skills
- Proven skills with Microsoft Office and/or Google Business Apps, especially Excel or Google Sheets
- Demonstrate alignment to our company values
Essential Experience
- Minimum of 2-years hands on experience managing PPC campaigns for a variety of clients with monthly spends between five-thousand and fifty-thousand dollars
- Minimum of 6 months client-facing experience
- Experience with lower-funnel search campaigns
- Experience in an agency setting

- Previous agency experience
