Requirements
What Will I Be Doing?
The ADAS Technician will demonstrate knowledge of programming modules using various factory scan tools, diagnosing vehicles, and experience using advanced diagnostic tools while following OE specifications and repair standards.
- Prepare vehicles and initiate all diagnostic scan requests, ensuring proper requirements and conditions are met.
- Update and reprogram modules using OE factory scan tools.
- Perform ADAS calibrations.
- Perform Pre and Post scans.
- Track detailed processes performed in reports.
- Perform static and dynamic ADAS Calibrations on foreign, domestic and EV (electric) vehicles onsite at customer locations.
- Troubleshoot complex calibration repairs.
- Test drive vehicles after repairs are completed.
- Stay abreast of industry technology and trends through continuing education and training.
- All other duties as assigned.
Do I Have What It Takes?
- Extensive knowledge of Diagnostic Scan Tools and Factory Software.
- Ability to read and understand instructions, written estimates, and work orders.
- Ability to effectively communicate with others.
- Strong Time Management Skills
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- Must have a valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
