We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced HVAC Install Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the installation of HVAC systems in residential properties in and around Charlotte. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HVAC installation, project management, and team leadership.Requirements Train, lead and assist install teams when they:

  • Install Air Handlers, Gas Furnaces, Condensers, Coils
  • Install Duct Work (Sheet metal experience required)
  • Install Registers

Manage truck inventoryPerform QC walk on every install jobMeet with County InspectorsOther duties as assigned by Supervisor

Must have a minimum of 10 years experience in Installations


The individual must have good communication skills. Must be able to adapt to changes in the work environment; manage unexpected changes and/or situations. Must be able to follow instructions; respond to management direction. Must be able to complete tasks in a timely manner.The individual is frequently required to climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl. Must regularly lift and/or move up to 75 pounds. Must be willing to work in an environment where they will be exposed to uncomfortable temperatures(hot/cold).
