Requirements
What Will I Be Doing?
As the first contact for our customers, your presentation is key! Maintaining a neat, clean, and orderly customer waiting area while being the point of contact for our customers. This includes answering phones, taking messages, directing calls in a friendly manner, greeting customers, and instructing them on the estimation process. Assist customers throughout the enter estimate and repair process, including obtaining authorizations, payment collection and explaining warranty. Monitor and schedule incoming assignments, follow up with unsold customers, and accurately maintain incoming cash by following standard operating procedures.
