Job Summary
Sun Service Specialists aims to provide our customers with the best service possible, and our profile is on the rise. Seeking an Associate Project Manager to oversee service projects, manage client communications, and assist with troubleshooting for major vendors. Responsibilities include scheduling, CRM management, and coordinating with manufacturers and finance partners. Strong communication and multitasking skills required. This position is a full-time, onsite position located in our Charlotte, NC Renu Energy Solutions headquarters.
This may include some local travel. Reports to the Business Process Designer.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as point of contact for all Service Contracts/ clients
- Oversee the service advisor team, delegation tasks, and oversight the completion of service projects from signed contract to the final invoice
- Assist in scheduling, confirming & updating customers on changes or steps with their projects
- Assist in basic troubleshooting for inbound service calls and product support calls for key vendors we service, including but not limited to SolarEdge, Enphase, & Generac systems
- Appointment follow-up and assistance in the generation of customer reviews and replies
- CRM management for all client types
- Existing system production reviews
- Contacting manufacturers and Finance partners to resolve system issues, includes but is not limited to Tesla, Generac, Enphase, SolarEdge, Dividend
- Assistance in payment collection, documentation, and follow-up from billable service visits
- Point of contact for Permits, Inspections, Structural Letters, and interconnections

Qualifications:
- Proficient in MS Office, Google Suites
- 2 years experience working in Solar or Construction project management or BA or AS in Renewable Energy or a similar degree
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- OSHA 10 or 30 preferred but not required
