We are looking for a client-centric, operational leader to direct and oversee the bar and park experience at our Denver location.
This will primarily be an evening and a weekend role with a compensation range of $60,000- $70,000.

You love leading a team and holding yourself and others accountable. You love finding ways to make a client or a team member’s day better. You have a knack for solving problems and creating win-win solutions. You love dogs and are comfortable with off-leash dogs in a social environment.
What you’ll do:
- Drive an excellent bar & park experience for Skiptown pups and people
- Lead the bar and park teams, including training, performance management, and discipline
- Maintain Skiptown experience standards of excellence in safety, cleanliness, and fun
- Drive implementation of new processes and initiatives gaining team buy-in and holding staff and leads accountable
- Own tracking and reporting for all park metrics to ensure the service line is meeting targets
- Maintain and grow client base with exemplary customer service
What You’ll Bring:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2+ years of management and hospitality experience
- Comfortable using Mac OS and G Suite
- Availability to work evenings and weekends
- Experience managing a team
- Strong work ethic and integrity
- Comfort working in an environment with off-leash dogs
