EXPERIENCED
Estimatics Coordinator to join our team. We are seeking a Charismatic and Motivated individual, who will continue to help us
EXPAND
Absolute Collision’s reputation throughout North Carolina. Our Estimatics Coordinators are responsible for consulting the customer regarding their vehicle’s needed repairs, providing the customer an estimate of damages and/or reviewing the appraisal provided, and monitoring, managing supplements, and re-inspections throughout the process.

Requirements
What Will I Be Doing?
- Schedule the repair, provide a target delivery date, and obtain all authorizations.
- Keep the customer informed of their vehicle's status.
- If additional "non-accident related damages" are identified while filling out the pre-repair inspection form with the customer, provide the customer with repair options and costs (upselling).
- Participate in blueprint meetings to provide a comprehensive estimate after tear-down.
- Expedite the repair by entering all necessary supplements in a timely manner.
- Write estimates according to insurance company guidelines.
- Notify carrier of initial estimates, supplements and final bill according to insurance guidelines.
Do I have what it takes?
- Minimum High School Diploma / GED
- Strong time management skills
- Exceptional listening and communication skills
