We are expanding operations and looking for a Client Engagement Executive to drive the acquisition of new business. Our team of Client Engagement Executives engage with new clients to communicate Hylaine’s capabilities and how we can help them solve business problems. The Client Engagement Manager will serve our clients through identifying project solutions, contract management, project implementation, and forecasting upcoming needs.
What you’ll do:
- Actively prospect new clients, build relationships, and introduce Hylaine’s capabilities to assigned territories
- Partner with clients to understand project needs and lead proposal planning with Hylaine Team Members
- Manage the sales cycle: contract management, project pipeline, forecasting and closing opportunities.
- Accurately maintain and update Salesforce with client data and project opportunities
- Continuously grow your knowledge in the IT industry by actively engaging in community events, user groups, and meet-ups.
What you’ll need:
- 5+ years of relationship management
- Strong written and verbal communication skills to work with our team and with our clients.
- A passion for IT. You will need to be continuously learning Hylaine’s services and capabilities, along with industry issues and trends.
