We believe that small businesses need support now more than ever, and that Odeko is uniquely positioned to provide that support.We are looking for a Tri-State Warehouse Assistant Manager to be part of the Odeko family! They will float between our two buildings and  help our GM run the daily operations. You will be responsible for coordinating and leading the Picking, Packing, Routing, and Dispatching.

How you’ll make an impact:


Operational Management:


  • Oversee daily operations of last-mile delivery to ensure timely and accurate delivery of coffee shop supplies.
  • Monitor and manage delivery schedules, routes, and logistics to maximize efficiency and minimize costs.
  • Implement and enforce standard operating procedures (SOPs) to maintain high service standards.

Team Leadership:


  • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of delivery drivers and logistics staff.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback and training to enhance team performance.
  • Foster a positive and collaborative work environment.

Customer Service:


  • Address and resolve customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints promptly and effectively.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by maintaining strong communication and service quality.
  • Implement strategies to improve customer experience and retention.

Reporting and Analysis:


  • Prepare and present regular reports on operational performance, key metrics, and KPIs.
  • Analyze data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Develop and implement action plans based on analytical insights.

Compliance and Safety:


  • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, including health and safety standards.
  • Implement and maintain safety protocols for delivery operations.
  • Conduct regular safety audits and training sessions.

About you:


  • High School or equivalent diploma
  • Basic technical skills and the ability to learn the Odeko technology platform
  • Able to lift packages (up to 50 lbs.) numerous times in a given shift.
  • Independent problem solver who is passionate about customer service.
  • The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to work 2nd and 3rd shift

Preferred Qualifications:


  • Education beyond High School, and/or prior experience managing employees
  • Experience in Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen, Continuous Improvement
  • Experience Operating Forklifts and other powered industrial lifts.
  • Strong leaders with over 5+ years of people leadership experience.
  • Bi-lingual (English/Spanish)

L3 Senior Associate, Annual Compensation: $75,000 - $85,000
