Conversations that are critical to uncovering their needs and presenting the proven benefits of ScentAir's products and services that they have access to as part of their existing service agreement with ScentAir.
Our clients depend on you to understand their businesses, and effectively develop a plan to activate and deploy our products which enhance their customer’s experience.We're looking for someone who's not just dynamic, but also possesses exceptional communication skills and sales prowess, along with an in-depth knowledge of what makes our company stand out as the global leader in Scent Marketing!
Key responsibilities:
- Ensure that new and existing large enterprise strategic accounts are fully activated and take advantage of the available product and service options.
- You thrive on building strong relationships with clients by understanding their needs, educating them on ScentAir's solutions, and providing excellent activation service.
- You will collaborate with the Strategic sales Account Executive team to ensure no gaps in location activation across the U.S.
Qualifications we are seeking:
- Previous experience in sales or client-facing roles, preferably in a B2B environment.
- You possess strong communication and interpersonal skills. You’re a “people person”!
- You enjoy having the ability to understand and articulate solutions to our clients.
- You are goal-oriented with a track record and the drive to meet or exceed targets.
- You have familiarity with CRM software applications and lead management systems. (Salesforce is our companywide system of choice)
- You have a passion for client satisfaction and building strong relationships.
