Bain Capital, one of the world’s leading private multi-asset investment firms with approximately $150 billion in assets under management, seeks to create lasting impact for their investors, teams, businesses, and the communities in which they live.PartsSource is seeking a dynamic Inside Sales Representative for our North American Imaging Businesses. In this position, you will play an instrumental role in ensuring that our customers have access to “best in class” supplies, accessories and equipment that enables them to deliver accurate and cost effective diagnostic imaging services to their patients.As an inside sales representative on our team, you will interact with customers on an outbound call basis. The goal of these activities is to understand what problems our customers are having and what key objectives need to be accomplished for them to be successful. Once you understand these needs, you then will utilize the company’s capabilities to help them address them.Inside Sales Representatives at our company play a critical role in profitably growing our business. In addition to establishing and maintaining key customer relationships, our sales representatives assist in managing customer level pricing and in the identification of new products and services that will provide value for our customers (Ultimately helping the PartsSource business grow). This job has a daily outbound call requirement and interested candidates must have the ability to operate effectively and proactively on the phone.
Key Day-To-Day Activities:
- Proactively contacting key decision makers within new and existing customers.
- Developing account strategies to increase both the number of customers we have and the number of products we sell to our existing customers.
- Capturing and recording customer data in our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
- Effectively interacting with company’s sales and operations team to ensure customer needs are met.
Ideal Candidate Will Have:
- Strong sales skills and ability to operate proactively and effectively on the phone.
- Knowledge of customers & suppliers in X-Ray, Ultrasound, and MRI modalities.
- Experience in working directly with Imaging engineering, procurement, and other related departments.
- Experience with inside account management.
- Negotiation skills; proven ability to secure favorable contract terms & conditions.
EDUCATION/TRAINING/EXPERIENCE:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business or other relative studies (preferred but not required).
- 3 – 5 years of sales experience preferred.
