The Audio Visual Manager (PM) is responsible for the entire success, sales, and operations of his/her assignedproperty. The PM will serve as the onsite AV point of contact and coordinator for all events on the property. The PM workswith and coordinates on-site staff during audio-visual equipment load-in, operation, and load-out. The PM is responsiblefor the management, care, and maintenance of company assets. The PM will collaborate professionally with pro-duction staff and Venue staff to ensure all AV technical support requests for events are completed on time and withSBMG level customer service.

Other responsibilities include operation and support of all Audio Visual (AV) for SBMG.

Three weeks of PTO upfrontHealth Insurance401kCommissionsBase SalaryTeam Meetings weeklyRequirementsESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES• Represent SBMG in a high-level, professional manner• Treat all guests, clients, employees, and staff with kindness and respect always.• Support the property and all existing properties as necessary.• Support all clients as necessary.• Proactively ensure high-quality service delivery while striving for continuous improvement.• Perform all duties as an SBMG Audio Visual Technician.• Drive sales at the property and area.• Control and manage all operating costs and expenses at the property.• Direct Audio-Visual Technicians on daily operations and tasks.• Created estimates for Venue and clients correctly and promptly.• Responsible for creating invoices for every event correctly and promptly.• Establishing protocol with property accounting personnel.• Clearly define directives to clients, SBMG staff, and Venue Staff.• Participate in walk-through, pre-conference, and post-conference meetings with clients when necessary.• Participate in all property EO/Sales/Managers meetings as necessary.• Be the on-site contact for property for all events on the premises.• Responsible for following protocols for A/V products and services.• Responsible for ensuring the completion of all AV event setup and teardown for events.• Responsible for ensuring property inventories ship and return to the correct locations.• Plan and implement event sets and strikes of lighting, video, audio, and all other meeting and event equipment.• Record event inventory usage with the Warehouse Manager.• Responsible as a lead technician of multiple breakout sessions at one time.• Responsible for setup, operation, and strike of equipment during break-out meetings, general sessions, galas, ban-quets, receptions, and all other varieties of live events.• Provide professional, courteous technical support service to all customers with an emphasis on client services.• Operational support and training for all sound and lighting control devices within client’s properties.• Provide solutions for presentation needs occasionally under high-pressure circumstances.• Provide immediate response to requests for assistance to events in progress.• Setup and operation of portable audio systems including music program and speech reinforcement.• Secure signed work orders and approval on any added equipment.• Responsible for ensuring A/V techs deliver the expected SBMG level of service.• Report any missing equipment, hardware issues, malfunctions, or damages to account manager immediately forresolve.• Timely performance management feedback to HR for on-site staff.• All other duties as assigned.
