Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day support maintenance & configuration support on both day-to-day small taskings and larger development efforts
- Design, develop and maintain complex workflows rules, validation rules and custom workflows, etc.
- Continuous collaboration on functional and technical designs with various stakeholders
- Team lead for periodic larger development efforts, including offshore resources
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience functioning as a Salesforce developer for an Enterprise edition or higher
- Salesforce Certifications preferred (Platform Developer 1 or higher)
- Detailed knowledge of Salesforce architecture
- Experience writing SOQL and SOSL queries
- Familiarity with integrating APIs, APEX Classes, Lightning Components, Triggers, Workflows, Validations, and Visualforce pages including HTML, Java Script, ExtJS and JQuery
- Experience with Salesforce deployment process, including unit tests and code coverage requirements
- Knowledge of REST/SOAP APIs and experience building integrations with Salesforce
- Experience with integrating Salesforce with other platforms and services
- Detailed knowledge of Security, Sharing, Profiles and Roles
- Bachelors degree required
- At least one year of prior remote work experience
- US Based (Central or Eastern Time zones are highly preferred)

- Critical thinker – spots gaps, challenges assumptions, pushes back against bad ideas, offers best-practices alternatives
- Mindset of configuration before code to maximize maintainability for clients
- Synthesis: Able to interpret customer requirements definitions; able to create solid requirements definitions based on customer interviews
- High threshold for quality; turns in good product; able to create and follow solid test plans
- Candidates must have a dedicated home office with high-speed internet
