Summary of Position


We are seeking an experienced Account Executive to join our Legal vertical. This role will specialize in working with small law firms (firms with less than 20 attorneys) to promote and sell legal intake services to attorneys and small law firm leaders. As a full-cycle Account Executive, you will play a crucial role in acquiring new legal clients and nurturing relationships to support their specific needs, in addition to expanding business with existing clients.

Position Responsibilities:


  • Identify and target key small law firms as potential clients across the United States
  • Work with VP of Sales & Partnerships and Go-To-Market Lead to develop a multi-touch targeted approach to effectively reach out to attorneys and law firm leaders
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with small law firms to understand their unique goals, challenges and business requirements
  • Provide personalized attention to client needs and offering tailored offerings
  • Develop a comprehensive understanding of the legal intake services provided for small law firms, whether supporting personal injury, family law, estate planning, etc.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and legal tech developments relevant to personal injury and tort law firms
  • Conduct presentations tailored to address the specific small law trends, needs and challenges
  • Clearly articulate how our engagement services can grow law firm revenue, enhance efficiency and drive profitability by improving client engagement
  • Develop proposals that clearly outline the value of the services we provide to small law firms and effectively outline pricing options that reflect each law firm's specific needs
  • Strategically negotiate with a focus on closing business quickly by leveraging promotions and customer incentives
  • Address concerns and objections effectively
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of interactions with small law firm prospects and customers in Salesforce.com
  • Sustain a clean opportunity pipeline in Salesforce.com that is at least 3x of monthly quota

Requirements:


  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred 
  • Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably with a focus on legal services or software for small businesses
  • Strong track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets 
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills 
  • Ability to convey the value proposition of legal intake services specifically for small law firms
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills 
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment, whether working from home or in the Alert Communications office
  • Ability to adapt to changes in the market and industry 
  • While we are open to remote talent, we are currently looking to hire in the state of TX or FL

The total compensation range for this opportunity is $140,000 - $150,000 plus benefits. This target compensation range is inclusive of both base pay and any target sales incentive and is subject to multiple factors including role, level, experience and location.
