Regional Sales Manager (RSM) – Nationwide Opportunities

Responsibilities:


  • Cultivate and expand external referral networks to amplify the inflow of factoring and asset-based lending opportunities.
  • Drive the acquisition of a substantial portfolio of new factoring and asset-based lending clients through various referral networks.
  • Act as the primary contact for potential clients, gain and understanding of their business complexities and collect pertinent financial and accounts receivable information.
  • Assess the needs of prospective clients while aligning them with CFI's credit criteria, and proposing suitable factoring and asset-based lending solutions.
  •  Identify equipment finance opportunities to refer to our affiliated company, Commercial Credit Group Inc., when doing so presents a comprehensive financial solution for our clients.

Required:


  • Over 2 years successful experience in selling AR financing, factoring, or asset-based lending to business customers.
  • Unwavering self- motivation daily, actively pursuing and securing new business opportunities that enhance value for both our clients and CFI
  • Mastery in nurturing relationships with referral sources and prospects while diligently updating our CRM for effective relationship management.
