Service Coordinator
Solon, OH
RSTI (Radiological Service Training Institute) a Partssource Company
RSTI located at 30745 Solon Rd, Solon, Ohio provides quality diagnostic imaging training. Our team possesses a sense of urgency at all levels of the training process. With a selection of over 50+ courses each year, RSTI has trained over 15,000 service professionals from over 50 different countries in radiology, mammography, CT, ultrasound, networking, PACS, and DICOM.
The Service Coordinator, reporting to the Director of Operations, will be responsible for building a qualified network of service vendors while understanding the market for pricing and availability and managing service calls.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Build and manage service grid of qualified service engineers.
- Issue and manage PO’s to vendors.
- Compile correct paperwork for accounting: Sales Order/Delivery/PO/FSR.
- Complete annual review of supplier/vendors through ISO standards.
- Complete annual customer survey.
- Manage returns/exchanges: NCR Forms, NCR Status log, follow up on core exchanges/returns.
- Arrange Logistics for shipments.
- Performs other related duties as assigned by management.
- Use provided queries to close sales orders/service calls in a timely manner.
- Complies with all ISO procedures and standards.
Qualifications:
- Associate’s Degree (AA) or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school, or six months to one year related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Computer skills required: Inventory Software; Microsoft Office; Project Management Software.
- Knowledge and previous experience in diagnostic imaging equipment preferred.
- Strong organization and communication skills.
