As we continue to scale and expand, we are in search of an exceptional Business Administrator who will work directly under the guidance of the company’s Co-Founders. The Business Administrator plays an essential role in the administrative functions that keep our day-to-day operations smooth and our strategic initiatives on track. This position requires a high degree of practical skills and the ability to remain meticulous in managing detailed tasks.This is a fully-remote, full-time position (40 hours per week) within the United States.

What to expect:


  • Operational Administration
  • Review contracts and agreements to ensure they comply with and support the company’s best interests
  • Act as the primary liaison for our accounting firm, facilitating the exchange of necessary documentation and information
  • Execute key administrative duties; including but not limited to solidifying and maintaining vendor relationships, serving as the point of contact for business insurance matters, monitoring company mailboxes for critical communications, and creating agendas for key meetings
  • Project Management
  • Lead and manage crucial projects from inception to completion, ensuring outcomes align with company goals
  • Prioritize and monitor project timelines, handle issue resolution as necessary, and deliver project status updates as needed
  • Capture detailed notes during internal meetings, ensuring any actionable items are entered into the company’s project management system (ClickUp) and assigned appropriately for execution
  • Strategic Planning
  • Assist in the development and implementation of strategic plans and initiatives; conducting research, preparing documents, and analyzing data to support executive decision-making
  • Communication and Support
  • Serve as a central point of contact for the company’s Co-Founders, ensuring effective communication across teams
  • Manage calendars, prepare for meetings, and provide general support to the executive team
  • Compliance and Policy Development
  • Ensure compliance with relevant business laws and regulations
  • Develop and refine Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and internal documentation as needed

Other duties as assigned; job duties may expand based upon aptitude and ability

What we’re looking for:


  • Proven experience (2+ years) providing direct operational support to executives or leadership teams within the SaaS industry; previous SaaS experience is required for consideration in this role
  • Track record of successfully leading and/or coordinating key projects and initiatives
  • Proficiency in contract review and managing vendor relationships
  • Meticulous organizational and detail-oriented capabilities
  • Experience being a champion of change management
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • High school diploma or equivalent
