About this role
In the last two years, we’ve grown the Pikkit user base from 0 to 500,000+ users. We are now looking for a dedicated Part-Time User Support Associate to help us maintain and improve user satisfaction as we continue to expand toward 1 million users and beyond! Remote or in-person is available for this role.As a User Support Associate, you will:
Provide exceptional user support and address user inquiries effectively
Assist in the development and implementation of user retention strategies
Collaborate with the engineering team to identify and resolve user issues promptly
Gather and analyze user feedback to improve our product
Work closely with our marketing and product teams to communicate user needs and preferences
Desired skills & experience
1+ year(s) of experience in customer support or a related role
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Ability to handle multiple tasks and thrive in a fast-paced environment
Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to user issues
Experience or familiarity with sports betting, as well as a strong understanding of the Pikkit product is required
Additional Information
This is a part-time role and we’re looking for roughly 10-20 hours per week
Flexibility in working hours, with some availability during evenings and weekends, may be needed
Remote work is available, though preference may be given to candidates in specific time zones to ensure coverage
